Seeing the details | Dallas/Ft. Worth Photographer

I love details which draws me to macro photography especially in nature.
Recently  I purchased the Fotodiox extension tube, I figured it was worth $12 to have a fun new toy.
I must say it is not the easiest to use but after some practice I'm hoping to get the hang of it.  First you need to make sure the tubes are tight.  You also loose control of your aperture so you will need to expose your image using shutter speed and ISO only.  Move in close to your subject, I found that still objects were the easiest to capture.  I attempted to take some of a lizard but as I moved in close he ran off, I guess he was camera shy!  Using a tripod is also helpful.
