Time with Grandma | Lantana/Highland Village, TX baby photographer

This was a fun session!  These were taken back in September when this precious baby's grandmas were visiting him while mom was away.  I couldn't post until now since they were for a Christmas gift.  Mom is in the medical field and dad is a football coach.  I love the little costumes that this cutie pie wore!

9 Days New | Flower Mound, TX Newborn Photographer

This beautiful baby girl was born over 2 weeks early, she was a healthy 7 lbs. 2 oz. too!  She slept like a dream and was a happy girl.  I also took mom and dad's maternity portraits.

Mom craved watermelon during pregnancy so she provided this adorable hat/diaper cover set.

Thankful | Child and Family Photographer in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX

We celebrate Thanksgiving to give thanks to our families, friends, and our country's beginning.  I'm so thankful to have a wonderful sister, brother in-law, and nephew.  Our children have a blast every time they are together!

My sister made this adorable teepee and we've been trying to take some shots with it since this Summer.  We finally made some time over the Thanksgiving Holiday and I took their family portraits along with it.

8 weeks old | Flower Mound, TX baby's 1st Year Photographer

This sweet baby was 8 weeks old when these were captured.  Mom contacted me and asked me if I photograph this age, sure I do!  Sometimes life it hectic when you have a new baby and it's difficult to schedule newborn portraits.  Newborns are best photographed in the first 12 days of life, however you still can capture sweet poses later.  It just takes a bit more patience and there may not be as many poses since they aren't as flexible.  I still think it's important to capture their early days as soon as you are able.
