Time goes by too quickly when you are a parent, personally I'd like it to slow down a bit. Since it doesn't I try to savor every moment with my children and capture memories to cherish. Our sweet baby girl has turned 2! This age is full of Independence, S. wants to dress herself, climb into the car helfself and buckle her seat belt. It makes me sad that the baby days are gone but we have the rest of her childhood as well as her old sister's to look forward to the future.
That being said, two year olds are usually some of the most challenging to photograph especially when it's your own child. So I decided I wasn't going to stress and just have fun!
As a photographer I see errors in this shot but as a mom I love her silly giggles.
I thought this was so cute, she ran off for a bit to come back with the book Oliva by, Ian Falconer. She loves books just like her big sister, they can sit and "read" for minutes. I love to share my love of books too and read to them often.
These were taken at Grapevine Botanical Gardens at Heritage Park, I will be doing Spring Mini-Sessions here next weekend and April 9th, if you are interested please contact me, there are only 2 more openings for March 26th!
