75 Years of Marriage! | Dallas/Ft. Worth Photographer

It's rare to see a couple reach their 75th wedding anniversary, it was an honor to celebrate my husband's grandparents special day this month.  These two have a strong bond and keep each other going.  They enjoy playing cards together and in their youth you'd find them dancing at the local dance hall.

According to Hallmark.com, "The 75th anniversary is the original diamond anniversary and the 60th was added when Queen Victoria (English Empire Monarch) celebrated her Diamond Jubilee on her 60th anniversary of accession to the throne in 1897."

Happy diamond Anniversary!

Congratulations, but could you tell me when exactly they were married (on June 15th, 1937?), where they are living currently (in Fort Worth, I suppose), their exact birthdates and full names by birth as well, please, dear Robin?

P.S.: I'm a member of several groups and sites about the oldest people in the world, and it's actually for an article on the Dutch Wikipedia about the longest marriages known (72+ years) with at least one reference in the media in fact.

The pictures were made last June 10th apparently, so I guess they were married on June 10th, 1937 instead, right, and her first name is probably Ruby, since one picture is referring to a quilt she made, which would be of the woman honored, no?
