It's always fun to explore a new location! This beautiful family choose a local Flower Mound Park, Spring Lake Park that I wasn't familiar with and it's beautiful! There are several paved trails that take you around a small lake/pond as well as wooded areas.

Celebrating 5 | DFW, TX Child Photographer

My nephew turned 5 last week and we got to celebrate on Halloween at the Thinkery in Austin. This is an amazing children's museum and many hands on experiences for all ages.

Lakeside Fun | Flower Mound/Highland Village, TX Family Photographer

I had the pleasure of capturing this sweet family's outdoor portraits along with their precious boys. Being a mom of girls it's always fun to get to capture little boys and their energy. This session took place at a local lakeside park that I hadn't explored before, it was a beautiful sunny day. The boys enjoyed finding rocks and sticks to transform into toys.

State Fair of Texas | DFW/Flower Mound, TX Photographer

It's been 3 years since we visited the State Fair of Texas. So I decided this year we had to go plus my kids each had a complimentary ticket. Instead of making the drive to Dallas we took the Dart. I'm not sure if it was the best decision as the Dart Train was jam packed since it was Columbus Day Holiday and every student in the Metroplex had a free ticket too. We made it after riding for over an hour with standing room only. It was a breath of fresh air when we finally arrived!
