This was a fun session!  These were taken back in September when this precious baby's grandmas were visiting him while mom was away.  I couldn't post until now since they were for a Christmas gift.  Mom is in the medical field and dad is a football coach.  I love the little costumes that this cutie pie wore!

This beautiful and sweet family welcomed baby # 4 into their family!  We took advantage of the warm weather on this Fall day and got to capture their newest addition outdoors too.

This fun family choose the historical Old Alton Bridge, AKA The Goat Man's Bridge for their session.  I was so excited to get to use this location as I had driven past it and read about the legend, which is a bit spooky!

These 3 are so much fun!  They are the children of my sweet friend and it's been a joy to watch her family and children grow over the last 6 1/2 years.  Unfortunately dad couldn't make it due to a family emergency.  So we took some of mom with the children and focused the rest of the session on the kids.  Miss. V. will be celebrating her 2nd birthday soon, it seems that it was just the other day that I took her newborn portraits.

Beach Family Time 2 | DFW, TX family and child photographer

The 1st full day, we grabbed a quick breakfast and headed to Stewart Beach. We had some light rain before breakfast and then again towards the end of our beach outing.

Part 1 of Beach Family Time

It's been 3 years since we last took a vacation to the beach.  Our children were only 3 years and 15 months old then.  This time we choose a closer beach, Galveston Island near Houston.  I grew up going to this beach, so I have fond memories of playing in the sand, jumping the waves in the Gulf, and riding the Ferry.  While it's not the clearest water or the prettiest beach, it's still fun!

We arrived just after 8 p.m. and once we unloaded the car, we crossed the street and over the seawall to check it out.
