Theme: Guilty Pleasures

My guilty pleasure is sweets!  Of course in the New Year many of us are trying to eating healthier and less sweets including myself.  I love dark chocolate candy and in the month of January Girl Scout cookies are sold.  I have 2 Girl Scouts in my house so this means a lot of boxes of cookies laying around!

I'm still in disbelief that it's been 10 years since our daughter was born.  Every time I'd think about the big 10 I'd get teary eyed.  It's just amazing it's been a decade already.  

Happy 10th birthday sweet girl!  You have grown and changed so much and we look forward to watching you grow from childhood to adulthood.

Theme: Goals

 Every year like many others I set goals for myself in the New Year.  Among them are exercise, eat healthier, spend quality time with family, focus on a skill to improve, etc...  A couple years ago I completed a chronological Bible and this year I'd like to read a daily Bible verse or devotional.

Theme: Self-Portrait

This will be my 2nd P52 and I'm excited to start another year!  I'm not a "selfie" person and if I ever take them one or both of my daughters are in it with me, lol. Which I guess isn't really a "selfie". I had my younger daughter help me out with this self-portrait. She was quite excited and told me she wants to be a photographer when she grows up. Lately, she keeps changing her career dreams, so we will see!
