Happy Valentine's Day! I hope everyone has a wonderful day with their loved ones.

Snow and Ice Storm of 2011 | DFW, TX Photographer

Burr, here in Texas we have experienced record temps. in the last 2 weeks with freezing wind chills. This storm was felt among many states across the US.

My children did "play" in it the 1st day or so but didn't ask again. I think we were all happy to see it melt after the 2nd storm hit.

Just a few snaps of my daughters out in the cold. My oldest asked me if we could ice-skate over the ice.

I discovered Etsy a few years ago after my oldest daughter was born. Soon after I opened my own shop Robin's Nest Boutique selling children's accessories. My absolute favorite shop is Sandy's Crochet My Way . Sandy offers crochet hats, purses, booties, baby blankets, flowers, and more. The 1st item I purchased from Sandy's shop was a crochet hat for my 2nd daughter's coming home outfit. She uses very soft yarn and everything is professionally made plus she is very affordable. Here are my daughters modeling a couple of her hats.

This bear hat comes in two styles, one is a boy version and the other is a girl version with a removable flower. She also offers additional flowers to switch to change it up too.

I love this purple brim hat too, it's so dainty!

The H. family just welcomed their 3rd child in December, another sweet and handsome baby boy! They now have 3 under 3 and are doing a wonderful job raising these cuties. Little N. is about 6 weeks old now and look at his precious smile!
